From a child cacao was present, woven throughout my life for 17 years now.
I worked closely with cacao and bean-to-bar chocolate for 5 years.
I went on to travel for 2 years and apon arrival back to Ōtautahi, Christchurch, I connected again with Oonagh.
I completed The Cacao Ambassador Emissary training in 2021 reuniting with Cacao, discovering a new lense on the power of the medicine.
At the start of 2022 A pivotal moment in my life as I was faced directly with a heavy layer of grief and depression. After experiencing a missed Miscarriage, I was left helpless, unable to see the light.
This was when cacao showed its true potential of support in my life.
Leaning into the nourishment, emotional and physical support this wonderful plant medicine had to offer.
I leant in like never before.
My Rebirth began.
I remember meeting with Oonagh to talk about how we could support each other,
I was at one of my lowest points, curled up on the couch, pausing with waves of nausea, helplessness… Oonagh was my spark of hope, she saw me, she illuminated a new path for me.
Cacao was the path.
And so it began,
Supporting the vision of the Cacao ambassador I stated with 5hours a week.
These past 2 years have been the most incredible, extraordinarily expansive experience of my life.
Cacao has supported me on unimaginable levels, mental, emotional, physical and spiritually.
My journey with cacao has shown to be one of the most joyous, transformative, and empowering.
It has supported me to regain the courage to face that which is creating limitation in my life, that which has created barriers around my heart.
And as I have faced those things with faith, trusting in the sunshine after the storm.
A healing of my heart is what has taken place. And Cacao has been my medicine.
Now a qualified practitioner in Yin yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Breathwork, QFT (Quantum freedom therapy), Fascia Therapy, Life coaching and as a Doula (birth support)
Running my own business; The Rebirth, as well as supporting The Cacao Ambassador.
Cacao is a love like no other, an unconditional pillar of strength in which I have full faith in.
The most unimaginable depth of love, joy and gratitude is experienced.

Originally from France, I have embraced New Zealand as my home for the past few years.
My fascination lies in constantly discovering new facets of the human experience and every day I intend to choose to live my life from a place of integrity, joy, self-awareness and douceur.
Embarking on my journey with cacao has been a captivating odyssey, woven with threads of rich experiences and profound connections.
Rooted in my childhood, the aromatic allure of cacao first captivated my senses under the influence of my mother's passionate embrace of this exquisite bean. Our home became a haven for exceptional, high-quality chocolate—a testament to the artistry and depth that cacao infused into our lives.
As the years unfolded, my fascination with cacao evolved from a familial connection to a personal exploration. The invitation to be part of the Cacao Ambassador Mahi marked a pivotal moment, a conscious choice to delve deeper into the realms of this ancient and sacred plant.
In this role, I have had the privilege of not only savouring the diverse flavours and textures of cacao but also unravelling the cultural tapestry it weaves across communities. Becoming a conduit for the stories behind each cacao bean, I've found joy in sharing the tales of the farmers, the landscapes, and the traditions that breathe life into every cacao creation.
This journey has been a profound lesson in mindfulness, a reminder to savour not just the end product but the entire process—from the flourishing cacao trees to the hands that carefully harvest the pods. It's a journey of connection, an exploration of the interwoven stories that make cacao not just a flavour but a narrative, a journey that continues to unfold with each new encounter and each decadent moment shared.
As I navigate this path, I am not merely a cacao emissary; I am a storyteller, a curator of experiences, and a passionate advocate for the intricate dance between nature, culture, and the delectable world of cacao."

Through his own use of Cacao on a daily basis, supporting his own mental health, and inspired by the results, came on board to help The Cacao Ambassador expand our outreach in the community from teenage wellness to the homeless and more!
Dom is a talented young man who is determined that each moment counts and each moment contains the right choice. The Cacao Ambassador is an extension and opportunity for him to pour his talents and heart into new possibilities.
Dom has been around in the not for profit/governance space since he was 12 years old. He's ecstatic to be able to continue to follow his passions and use his experience gained to benefit The Cacao Ambassador and the work it does.
Dom is starting at the University of Canterbury in 2022 studying an LLB/BA in Psychology and English.
Dom holds a bold vision to make a real difference in the world. Through his own use of Cacao on a daily basis, supporting his own mental health, and inspired by the results, came on board to help The Cacao Ambassador expand our outreach in the community from teenage wellness to the homeless and more!
